The single family housing development comprises 114 build-to-rent houses, along with associated site infrastructure, open space, and landscaping. Pareto Projects is appointed as the Purchaser’s Agent, assisting our client in negotiating a forward commitment agreement with a developer and contractor.

We conducted a thorough review of key risks and helped to develop strategies to mitigate them. We structured the agreement to meet institutional-backed security package requirements, including home warranties, appointments, design responsibilities, and trade contracts. Additionally, we supported the developer and contractor in establishing a construction management procurement route with trade contracts.

The project will be delivered in six phases, with completion scheduled for Q3 2026.
