Oasis Southside is a transformative mixed-use development located in Birmingham’s culturally rich Southside district, where we are proud to act as Project Managers and Employer’s Agent.

The scheme involves the full demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a striking 9–13 storey building comprising 456 high-quality residential apartments, 517m2 of flexible commercial space, and 26 basement parking spaces.
