As the first phase of a wider masterplan set to transform the Jewellery Quarter Conservation Area, this project plays a crucial role in the area’s regeneration, balancing modern living with heritage preservation.

As Project Managers, Pareto has been instrumental in liaising with local planning authorities and guiding the project team to develop a robust planning and listed building submission, now nearing approval. Their expertise in heritage-sensitive development, stakeholder coordination, and planning strategy ensures that the project navigates complex regulatory requirements while maintaining design integrity and construction efficiency.
