The project is made up of three main buildings, a 4, 10 and 32 storey purpose-built student accommodation development, comprising 681Nr units with ground floor and mezzanine floor areas including reception and amenities plus commercial units and landscaping works.
The project will deliver 573 undergraduate club rooms and studio apartments and 87 postgraduate studio apartments. It will have a central arcade with open lounge, coffee and break-out areas, as well as student amenity space throughout the building
It will be a highly sustainable building designed to the highest BREEAM standards, incorporating renewable energy and high thermal efficiency measures.
The construction works commenced in January 2022 and the expected completion date was August 2024.
