Serving as project manager and purchasers’ agent, Pareto Projects have been instrumental in actively supporting Casa by Moda through intricate technical due diligence processes. Our contributions encompass navigating complex legal and deal structures, managing forward commit agreements, and overseeing the completion of essential agreements and approvals, such as section 278/38, planning, conditions, and wayleave agreements. Moreover, we’ve strategically devised programme strategies for phased plot handovers.
