Located just 300 metres from Haggerston Overground Station and backing onto Regent’s Canal, the development offers best-in-class accommodation while contributing to Hackney’s housing targets and providing over 1,500 sqm of affordable workspace. Sustainability is a key focus, with solar PV technology and job creation both during and after construction.
As Project Managers and Employer’s Agent, Pareto plays a critical role in coordinating planning approvals, managing contractor engagement, and overseeing project delivery to ensure compliance with design, budget, and sustainability targets. Pareto is also managing the Gateway 2 submission by coordinating with the main contractor and specialist subcontractors to develop a robust submission. Additionally, they have been instrumental in concluding consultant appointments and managing third-party agreements, including complex party wall matters. With expertise in complex urban regeneration, Pareto is driving the successful transformation of this prime Hackney site.
