Goose Gate

38-46 Goose Gate is a thoughtfully designed, purpose-built accommodation scheme managed by Pareto. This purpose-built student accommodation, managed by Pareto, involves a mix of a new building on Woolpack Lane which combines with the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing buildings of 38-46 Goose Gate to create 100 student bedrooms and c. 3,000ft² of Class E ground floor commercial space.

The development seamlessly blends heritage preservation with contemporary living, offering 100 high-quality student bedrooms alongside approximately 3,000ft² of Class E commercial space at ground level.

The project includes the construction of a new building on Woolpack Lane, integrated with the sensitive refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing properties at 38–46 Goose Gate. A key feature of the scheme is the retention and restoration of a historic building, contributing to the architectural character of the area.
