The PBSA development, managed by Pareto, involves the refurbishment and twostorey extension of an existing office to create a nine-storey, 375-unit student accommodation scheme with premium amenity spaces and retail units. Situated in a prestigious location, the project aims to set a new benchmark for student living in the area. Given the logistically complex site, intricate structural design, and the need to maintain an operational ground-floor tenant, effective project management is critical to its success.

As Project Managers and Employer’s Agent, Pareto is leading the development of the Gateway 2 submission to the Building Safety Regulator, ensuring diligence across the design process, managing the contractor tender process, and coordinating with industry specialists to compile submission documentation. By proactively addressing challenges, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication, Pareto is driving the successful execution of this project, delivering a high-quality, future-proofed student living environment.
