Pareto is leading the project management delivery for The Hundred, a landmark residential redevelopment transforming a 1990s office building into 294 apartments, 1,400 sqm of amenities, and 560+ sqm of commercial space. Pareto has played a pivotal role in securing planning approval, managing viability assessments, and overseeing the Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to appoint a contractor. Our team are also driving key project phases, including demolition, enabling works, and BSA Gateway 2 submission, ensuring compliance and efficiency at every stage.
