Pareto Projects acted as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent, and Cost Manager, supporting from planning through to delivery. The scheme provides 54 high-quality student bedrooms, alongside a communal lounge, student workspace, and podcast room – designed to promote community and creativity.
Set within a Grade II listed building, the project required a careful balance between heritage preservation and modern sustainability. The design incorporates district heating and PV panels, showcasing how energy efficiency and architectural legacy can coexist. Through close collaboration with the Leeds City Council Conservation Officer and key stakeholders, the building’s future has been thoughtfully secured.
